Are you a victim of interpersonal violence and need someone to talk to?   

The Oslo Crisis Shelter offers help and support for women, men and their children who are experiencing or have experienced physical and emotional abuse, mistreatment, threats, rape, sexual abuse or other forms of violence.

We can offer you:

• Someone to talk to
• Safe housing
• Advice and guidance
• Practical help
• Help to contact a lawyer and public assistance services
• Participating in courses about violence

Those who need it can get safe temporary accommodation. This is for both adults coming with their children and adults on their own. We can also place your pet in a safe place, if you are going to stay with us.

• We are subject to confidentiality rules and are open 24 hours a day. 
• All our offers are free of charge.
• You do not need a medical or psychological referral.
• Women and men exposed to violence are not co-located. 
• We use interpreters when necessary.
